Dear Colleagues
I started the Animal Health and Welfare Economics LinkedIn Group back in 2011 to create a specialised platform about Animal Health and Welfare Economics. The objective was to provide an interactive platform to discuss issues related to animal health and welfare economics and to share experiences, publications, and opinions among the group members. Currently the group has 52 members from around the globe and this number is increasing.
In a recent discussion I had with colleagues in the Royal Veterinary College, we thought this platform could assist us to disseminate and distribute NEAT outcomes and to contribute to networking activities. Therefore we’ve decided to inform the LinkedIn group members about the latest progresses and developments by the NEAT consortium by starting new discussion topics on the LinkedIn Group as well as by providing information about the new posts on the NEAT blog.
I would like to invite you to join the LinkedIn group (if you are not a member yet) and contribute to the discussions by posting your opinions and experiences and/or sharing interesting papers, articles, relevant events/courses and other relevant topics to animal health and welfare economics.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or suggestions.
